NSC 2020 Safety Technology in the Workplace Survey
Many findings throughout these webpages are the results from two national NSC surveys – one to employers and one to employees – conducted in April 2020 to understand the attitudes, opinions and barriers towards adoption of new safety-related technologies in incident-prone industries. Results were based on responses from five hundred employers representing safety, human resources, risk or senior management professionals with significant decision-making influence and 1,000 employees across manufacturing, construction, retail, transportation, agriculture, utilities and mining industries. Additional survey findings will be forthcoming.
